…that is how we named the house. The house is good, the
neighbourhood is good, and the neighbours are good, in sum, c'est bon!
The house is located in the hamlet Les Aigueparses at the crossroads of the departmental road D169 Argentat-Neuville with the D83 in the direction of Saint Hilaire-Taurieux.
Habitable area of about 175m², built in the 1960s and fully restored in 2008, on a terrain of 3450m², a terrain of about 700m² excluded, owned by the neighbour, but freely used.
The terrain consists of; forest about 2,400m², lawn 900m² and an orchard of about 585m². Behind the house there is a wooden storage on a concrete floor of about 8m².
The house was built with natural stone and finished with plaster.
The exterior is painted a sunny yellow (2008) and the full house is fitted with thermo pane glazing (2008).
Most of the windows and street doors are fitted with electric controlled roll-down shutters (2008). The places where no shutters are installed are fitted with burglar-proof safety glass.
The entire ground floor is fitted with 10 cm outer wall insulation. The central heating installation is new (2008) and fitted with a “De Dietrich” high performance boiler. The water supply system and electric installation have been replaced as well (2008).
The system for separate sewage was installed and authorised in 2008.
